2009 Act to Save Atlanta's Parks (ASAP)!
Since 1993, the City of Atlanta has cut the number of parks and recreation
employees in half.
Among the 25 largest cities, none has a smaller percent of its land dedicated
to parks.
Too many residents do not feel safe in too many of our parks.
The Parks Atlanta Rescue Coalition (PARC), a coalition of community
leaders, park advocates and environmental organizations, has rallied around the
2009 Act to Save Atlanta's Parks (ASAP)!
